Over a 05 year career in telecommunication industry, worked in China Mobile of Pakistan (CMPak-Zong). I have played an essential role in achieving better Customer Experience and Centricity under supervision of RCTO and provide end to end Vendor evaluation, performance and audits to regional Head Quarters. Moreover, I have done MS in Electrical Engg. (Specialized Telecom.) and Bachelors in Telecom Engg.

Operation Support Engineer
* Monitor and provide support to rectify on site fault rectification of ZTE (NetNumen U31 Unfied Management System) and Huawei (U2020 MBB, U2000 iManager).* Develop Annual Business Report to clients and stake holders.* Responsible for coordinating training sessions on new internal projects. (Resource Optimization, Cost Saving Analysis, Expansion Projects, Sector Addition & Swap Removals, Monsoon projects, NEI projects etc.)* Regional Performance Reports/ Dashboard for maintaining Regional KPIs analysis via (INSPUR web portal, RMS, NeteCo).* Handle Customer Complaints to achieve regional targets (TAT & CPM) and provide visibility to regional teams for target achievement. * Monitor Alarms of ZTE Switches using C&C08EV Switch MML tool and C&C08EV Maintenance System.* Monitor Alarms of Universal Media Gateway using Huawei UMG local Maintenance Terminal (UMG-8900)* Responsible for the rectification of E1’s and Coordination with other stakeholders.* Manages and transfer billing files of CDR’s links (National and International Traffic).* Generate reports that includes traffic stats of service codes(1217,1218 etc).* Creation of Call Prefixes, Routing of Calls and also responsible of National and International Dialing issues.* Monitoring of fiber transmission using Unitrans ZXONM E300 EMS ZTE System and provide support to field operations. Moreover, configuration of optical and electrical media.* Monitor Alarms of Huawei Switches using Optix iManager T2000 SNMS for transmission networks* Maintains OV Portal that generates tickets.
